With years of comprehensive experience in home care operations and a master’s degree in Health Policy and Management from Indiana University, I have dedicated my career to enhancing the quality of care and improving agency performance with one of the nation’s largest home care companies. During this time, I developed significant expertise in essential areas such as recruiting, training, and business transformation, ensuring that high standards of service were consistently met and exceeded in all operations.

Building on my extensive experience in the home care industry, I proudly launched Scope Consulting to empower agencies with the essential tools needed to excel in today’s competitive landscape. Our mission is to transform the entire industry by actively supporting agency growth, fostering nurturing and supportive work environments for caregivers, and ultimately improving the overall quality of care provided to clients.
